Cancellation Policy
Guest’s Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract
- Guests may cancel their accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
- If the accommodation contract is cancelled in whole or in part for reasons related to a guest, the hotel will charge a penalty as listed in the table below.
- If a guest does not arrive within two hours of the scheduled arrival time on the day of accommodation without contacting the hotel, the hotel may regard the accommodation contract as having been cancelled by the guest.
- The guests will not be charged a cancellation fee if public transportation is unavailable due to bad weather such as typhoons or heavy rain, or natural disasters such as earthquakes or fires.
